Return & Refund Policy

At Camille Collective Studio, every crystal, mineral specimen, and handmade treasure is carefully selected, documented, and packed with love and intention ✨

Before shipping, we provide photo confirmation of the item via Instagram to ensure transparency and customer approval whenever possible.

Because of this process, all items are considered final and approved before dispatch.

No Returns & No Refunds

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any of the following:

• Change of mind
• Personal preference
• Incorrect selection made by the customer
• Natural variations in color, shape, inclusions, texture, or pattern of crystals and minerals
• Damage caused by courier or shipping handling after the parcel has been dispatched

Please note that once an item has been approved through pre-shipping photo confirmation and successfully handed over to the courier, it is considered fulfilled and in transit with the shipping provider.

Incorrect or Problematic Orders

We take great care in packing every order securely. However, in the rare event that you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Kindly provide:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item received
• An unboxing/unpacking video showing the parcel being opened
• Photos of the packaging and shipping label

We will review the concern carefully and do our best to provide appropriate assistance based on the circumstances.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided that payment has not yet been processed and the item has not yet been prepared for packing.

Once an order has been confirmed, packed, or approved via photo confirmation, it can no longer be cancelled.
